Upon receiving a valid DMCA Takedown Notice, we will review the claim, remove or disable access to the infringing material if necessary, and notify the individual or organization responsible for the content.
Counter-Notification Process
If you believe that content you posted on Fitcareness was removed in error due to a false claim of copyright infringement, you have the right to submit a counter-notification. To submit a counter-notification, please provide the following information:

Repeat Infringers
Fitcareness takes copyright infringement seriously. Users who repeatedly infringe on copyrights may have their access to Fitcareness terminated. We reserve the right to block or ban users from our platform in cases where they consistently violate our DMCA policy or engage in unlawful use of copyrighted material.
